The Springbox 2026 competition is fast approaching! (Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd February) in the SPORTS HALL at Robert May's School, Odiham RG29 1NA.

Thanks for all your encouragement helping the children learning their routines, we are really excited to be organising our sixth Springbox competition. 

We have been extremely busy with the plans and have a lot of children competing over 7 Springbox Clubs so it is going to be a BIG event. We will need lots of support on the day with the organising / judging / coaching / generally helping / tidying up etc

Please fill out the online form to let us know your availability. Although the hours look very long, there will also be lots of breaks where we will be able to have down time and of course lots of FUN!! We hope that you'll be able to be with us for whole days but appreciate you may have plans. 

This is our main fundraising event of the year with any profits going towards equipment at the club and as such we are unable to pay everyone an hourly rate for the entire event (otherwise it would cost us more than we would raise!!), however, we do value your time so will pay one hour's work per competition that you attend.  There are 7 individual competitions over the weekend and any profit raised will go towards new kit for the clubs.

We won't know exact timings until we know exact numbers.  The morning sessions are likely to start at around 8.30 - 9am until about 1pm.  The afternoon sessions are likely to finish at around 5pm - 5.30pm.

If you have any special requests (i.e a particular apparatus you'd like to judge etc) please comment in the message box.

Once we know who is around to help, we will allocate specific jobs for everyone. I will send out another link nearer the time with who has been allocated what job!  We would be so grateful to have lots o helpers with the packing away at the end.  This is always the biggest mission of the whole event!
