Please see below for your allocated roles for the competition.  The times for arrival / approximate finish for each comp are shown below:

SATURDAY 18th Feb

Competition 1 - 9.15am - 11.15am

Competition 2 - 11.15am - 1.15pm

Competition 3 - 1.15pm - 3.15pm

Competition 4 - 3.15pm - 5.30pm

SUNDAY 19th Feb

Competition 5 - 9.15am - 11.15am

Competition 6 - 11.15am - 1.15am

Competition 7 - 1.15am - 3.30pm

If you have been allocated a position with a colour, head over to the mats where you'll see the spots of that colour on the mat.

There is a 'lead coach' on each colour who will define the roles for each of the coaches of that colour.  (E.g Making sure gymnast is ready, telling the judge the name of the gymnast OR providing the prompt to the children in case they forget their routines etc OR just providing support to the children who will probably be very nervous.  Make the experience really fun for them! (plus we'll have a good laugh too!)

All routines will be printed out and placed on the judges tables, along with a list of gymnasts. 

For those helping out in competition 7, it would be great if you could help with the pack up. (We'll allocate roles for each person or 'pair of people' so that on the day, it can be a slick operation!) Many hands make light work etc!!! THANK YOU in advance!
