HOLIDAY GYMNASTICS TERMS AND CONDITIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY
We very much look forward to welcoming your child to take part on our holiday camps where they will be able to enjoy some time in a yet structured gymnastics environment which will be supervised by British Gymnastics Qualified Coaches. The days will include games plus basic skills practice on our equipment, including a 10m inflatable tumble track, bars and trampette.
In order to participate, we need to make sure that you, as a parent or guardian, are aware of the activities your child will be engaging in. This is done to ensure that all participants will have a great and safe time at Springbox. Your child will be given a full safety briefing prior to the class and our Club Rules can be found in full on the Springbox Website. (Uniform rules do not apply to camps and parties)
In summary:
- Children are NOT permitted on the apparatus unless instructed by a coach
- No clothing with Zips / buttons or other metal adornments
- Long hair must be tied back. (No Alice bands or crocodile clips)
- No jewellery to be worn
- No horseplay or irresponsible behaviour
- The coaches have the right to stop a child from participating if she / he feels that there is a risk to the child or any of the other participants
Please be aware that Gymnastics activities have an inherent risk of physical injury and although the club will endeavour to minimise any risks, accident may still happen. All members must therefore abide by the safety rules at all times. The participant/parent is required to ensure that the member is physically fit and healthy to participate. You must provide coaches with any information about conditions that could potentially prohibit full participation in the activities or anything that could pose as an additional risk to your child.
You consent to basic First aid being carried out (Unless you inform us otherwise.)
The Parent of the child participating in a gymnastics party must inform the parents of guest participants of the risks involved.
Springbox cannot be held liable for injuries or accidents that may happen as a result of participants not adhering to the club rules.
From time to time we may publish photos on our Facebook Page. If you would prefer not to have your child's image on here, please let us know. We will never print names and in most cases will not publish images which will easily identify a child.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOLIDAY CAMPS
Parents have the right to cancel their child's place if more than 48 hours before the camp.
50% refund will be given if cancelled the day before.
No refunds will be given if cancelled on the day.
